In 2015, when we took charge of the communication of the Romeo Hotel, it had already exhausted its communication cycle (hotel and restaurant launches, awards and recognitions). But in the very weeks we began collaborating with the hotel, the so-called “Ferrante fever” broke out, with the book My Brilliant Friend soon escalating to trending topic, and Naples becoming the place to be

Idea

To design a “Ferrante Tour” of Naples and include it in the bouquet of experiences that the hotel offers to its guests: discover the city through the places that are portrayed in the novel

Strategy

Engage a renowned literary critic and “ferrantologist”; identify a passionate and polyglot young student as a guide; entrust the photographic storytelling to Giuseppe Di Vaio, one of the emerging street photographers of Naples
